How it works

It comes to you

You give us a date and a place. We bring the kitchen. Your people line up at the window and eat while the food is hot, and your event keeps going.

Tell us the day

Date, location, rough headcount and what kind of event it is. That is enough for us to call you back with a plan and a price.

We bring the trailer

Euro Express is towed in and set up before service. It needs a level spot to park with access for the tow vehicle, and a power supply nearby. If there is no power on site, say so in the enquiry and we will plan around it.

The crew cooks and serves

Our crew works the grill, the fryers and the coffee machine from inside the trailer and serves straight from the window. Nothing for you to set up, staff or clean up.

Corporate event pricing is a conversation, not a rate card. Tell us about the event and we will quote it properly.

Cooked to order at the window

This is the trailer's own menu, with the trailer's own prices. It is a different offer from the cafe menu on Riverside Road, so items that share a name are priced and sized for the event, not the counter.
